The 4th Tanzania Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Conference offers a premier platform for professionals, policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to engage in high-level discussions, capacity-building, and knowledge exchange. Hosted by the Prime Minister's Office – Policy, Parliament, and Coordination (PMO-PPC), this year's edition focuses on strengthening local MEL ownership and building sustainable evaluation ecosystems.
